How to cook Talo or Taro

  1. I haven't ever cooked Taro so I appreciate instructions. I'm a bit confused by 'removing the sink" Do you mean 'pink'?
    I like the way you used the term 'pierced' to describe what you do with the fork to test if the taro is tender. I use a fork to pierce my cakes and deserts to test them too.
